[For Adults] Do you have questions about how the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) might be able to help you with your home heating costs this winter? Come to the library on Friday, November 14th from 10:00 am -12:00 pm when a representative from Cornell Cooperative Extension will be here to answer any questions you might have, and to provide any new information or updates that may be available.
