In partnership with the Ravena Innovation Station, we'll be hosting an "Expert Encounter" with a game developer. Karthik Bala is the CEO and Cofounder of independent gaming studio, Velan Studios, creators of award-winning games such as Mario Kart live: Home Circuit, Knockout City and Hot Wheels Rift Rally.
Karthik graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology and received an MBA from MIT School of Management. Karthik started a gaming company with his brother in his parents' basement when he was just 15 years old!
