[For adults] Central Hudson understands that for individuals and families with low to moderate or fixed incomes, senior citizens, and customers with disabilities, paying for utilities can be challenging. Central Hudson will be on-site at the library to help customers understand the assistance programs that are available to help manage utility costs.

Bring your HEAP approval letter to the library on December 9 to be approved for immediate Bill Discount Enrollment.
  
Additionally, if you (or a household member) receive any of the benefits listed below, please bring along documentation of enrollment with the customer’s name (or the name of the household member), and include the customer’s address.
