Event Details

Budgeting for utilities, such as heating, cooling, and electricity, can be difficult for customers who may
be struggling. We understand that for individuals and families with low to moderate or fixed incomes,
senior citizens, and customers with disabilities, it can be even harder. Central Hudson will be on-site to
help customers understand the assistance programs that are available to help manage utility costs, and provide 
valuable information on energy usage and safety.

If you or a household member receives the following benefits, please bring along documentation of enrollment with the customer’s name or the name of the household member, and include the customer’s address.

» HEAP (for any fuel source)
» Federal Housing
» SNAP
» SSI
» MEDICAID
» Veterans Pension or Survivors Pension

Documentation must include an issued date within the last 12 months or a future expiration date that aligns with the
