This is the first of a four part series brought to us from the Alzheimer’s Association. Come to one or come to all! This program focuses on Brain-Healthy Habits. At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or even potentially improve our health. These habits may also help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline. No registration is required.
Note: Starting on April 24, we'll have a table of materials from the Alzheimer’s Association with details about helpful resources and supports. Even if you're unable to attend the May 7th program in person, we invite you to visit the library to check out these resources and tools. Please stop by to see what's available!
