Please read our Meeting Room Use Policy before you place a request.

A few items to note:

1) All meetings must be free and open to the public. Unless specifically approved by the Library Administration, no fees, dues, or donations may be charged or solicited for any program. 

2) Meeting rooms may not be used for commercial and/or for-profit purposes.

3) All groups using the meeting rooms are expected to leave the facilities in a clean and orderly condition and are responsible for damage to library property. 

4) Anyone using a room at the RCS Community Library is subject to all library rules and regulations. Meetings of groups whose members are under the age of 18 must be supervised and attended by an adult.

5) Library staff will not be responsible for room set up or rearranging the furniture or equipment for a meeting. Organizations will be responsible for room set-up and must return the room to the original arrangement at the completion of the meeting. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of a group’s meeting room privileges.

Tutors: Please come to Circulation Desk before proceeding to the Meeting Room. You will be asked to read the Tutoring Policy and sign an attestation before tutoring in the RCS Community Library.

Light refreshments are allowed in the room. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Users are responsible for leaving the room in the condition they found it.
